Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

If the item you ordered is in stock, we ship orders placed before 2 PM on the same day, otherwise on the next business day. If the item is not immediately available, it will be shipped as soon as it arrives from the manufacturer.

What is the status of my order?

When your order is shipped, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking link. This allows you to track real-time information about your order.

If your order is not immediately ready for shipping, we will regularly send you emails with an estimated delivery date. If you cannot find our emails, please check your spam folder.

Returns

How does a return work?

If you want to return items, please use our contact form under "Initiate Return". After processing, send the item(s) to:

Once the return is received and checked, we will refund the amount.

How can I exchange an item?

If you want to exchange an item, please return the unwanted item to us and then place a new order for the desired product.

How can I replace a defective item?

If an item is defective, please contact us via info@ecron.de or our contact form. We will arrange a replacement.

Payment

What payment methods are available?

You can pay via PayPal, bank transfer in advance, SEPA direct debit, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Giropay, and iDeal.

I used a different reference in my bank transfer.

No problem. The order number is only used for automatic allocation. In most cases, we can manually match your payment to your order. You do not need to take any further action.

I chose invoice/prepayment – how do I get my invoice?

Invoice: You will receive it via email at the same time your order is shipped.
Prepayment: You will receive it via email within minutes after placing your order.

Order

How can I redeem a coupon code?

Simply click on your shopping cart (the icon at the top right). Once at least one item is in your cart, you will find a text field at the bottom where you can enter coupon codes.

The delivery note/invoice lists the wrong product! What should I do?

No need to worry! In many cases, our mounts are compatible with multiple devices and vehicles. For example, if you purchased a ProClip for a Fiat Ducato, the invoice might list "Citroen Jumper". In such cases, the dashboard and device are identical, and the product fits both.
